What is recorded, and who can see it
Exactly what is captured during an interview and who has access to each part.
An interview produces a recording, a transcript, whatever you wrote or drew, and a set of scores against a published rubric.
Who can see what
- The employer who invited you sees all of it. That is the point of the interview.
- Technical Interviews staff can see the structure, the scores and the telemetry, and can never play your recording. There is no override for this, for any member of staff, under any circumstances.
- Nobody else sees any of it. Your interview is not shared with other employers, and it is not used to advertise anything to you.
The rule about staff and recordings is enforced by the software rather than by policy. The internal tools have no player on the page, and support is trained to diagnose faults without watching anything.
You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, at any time and regardless of how the interview went.
