Roles and who can see what

The four roles, what each one can do, and how job visibility scoping works.

• Owner: everything, including billing and transferring ownership. Exactly one per account.
• Admin: everything except ownership transfer.
• Recruiter: manage jobs and candidates within their scope.
• Reviewer: read reports and score, within their scope.

Scope

A grant covers a part of your organisation rather than a fixed list of jobs, so teams created under it later are visible without anyone editing permissions again.

Removing someone deactivates them rather than deleting them. Their seat is freed immediately, and their review history and score overrides are kept, because deleting those would orphan records a fairness audit may later need.
