Get a copy of your data, or have it deleted
How to make a data access, correction or deletion request, and what happens next.
You can ask for a copy of everything held about you, ask for something wrong to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to how it was used. You do not need an account, and you do not need the employer’s permission.
What happens after you file
The request is logged and a 30-day clock starts at the moment you submit it, not when somebody reads it.
We confirm receipt by email.
We fulfil it and send you a receipt listing exactly what was covered and anything that had to be retained, with the reason.
Occasionally something cannot be deleted, most often because it is under a legal hold. When that happens the request is not quietly closed as done: it stays open, you are told which categories were retained and why, and the rest is still deleted.
