The interview ended before I finished
What happens to a session that stops early, and how to get another attempt.
A session that ends early because something on our side failed is not scored against you, and it is not your only attempt.
What happens automatically
- The session is flagged as a technical failure rather than as an incomplete interview.
- The employer is notified that the session failed for technical reasons, not that you did badly or gave up.
- You are sent a link to sit the interview again.
If your connection dropped rather than ours, rejoining with the same link usually resumes where you left off. The work you had already done is kept.
If you did not receive a new link, file a ticket. Do not wait for the employer to chase it, and do not start over from a different invitation if you have one.
