How credits work

What consumes a credit, in what order credits are spent, and what happens when you run out.

One completed interview consumes one credit. A session that fails for technical reasons does not.

Spend order

Credits with an expiry are spent before credits without one, and among those, the ones expiring soonest go first. That ordering exists so a promotional grant is used before the plan allowance you have already paid for, rather than quietly lapsing while your paid balance is drawn down.

Running out

• A warning is sent when the balance falls below 20 percent.
• Interviews already scheduled are not cancelled by a zero balance.
• New invitations cannot be sent until the balance is topped up or the plan renews.
