Connecting your ATS

What the Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby connectors do and what they do not.

A connector pulls candidates from a job in your ATS and writes results back when an interview completes. It is set up in the integrations section of your account.

• Credentials are entered in your ATS or through its own authorisation screen, never typed into a Technical Interviews page.
• Syncs run on a schedule and can be triggered by hand.
• A failed sync is shown with the reason rather than retried silently.

If a sync has been failing, check whether the API credential was rotated in your ATS. That is the cause more often than everything else combined.
